Do you consider this a rape? people often laugh when i say i feel like i was take advatage of by a female?
Its a looong story but i’ll try to sum it up quick. I was a little heart broken and decided to go to a gathering of one of my female "friends." Being that i was heart broken, i began venting to her as a drank one after another. To "cheer me up" she introduce me to a friend of hers that was "interested" in me. I was in no mood to talk to her so i did not pay much attention to her. Next thing you know im wasted as hell and my "friend" takes my keys and tells me to go to sleep in her guest room. I remember laying down with my head spinning. Next thing i remember her friend lays down next to me and i blank out. then I wake up as she is kissing my neck trying to ride me and i push her off to go throw up in the bathroom. I go back to bed and she is gone. I wake up again with my head pounding and she is riding me now. I will admit that it felt good and i was to confused to do or think anything at that moment. I feel me blanking out and then I dont remember what happends a minute after that.
The next morning my "friend" wakes me up to go out for breakfast but of course i cant eat do to the hangover. She reminds me of what happened the night before with a grin on her face. I feel in a way violated because i was not attracted nor interested in her friend. Being that im a guy i really dont show my disapointment to her until she asks me if i used protection. Thats when i felt a chill run down my body and i demanded to know why she asked. She tells me that her friend told her everything and emphazized that we did not use protection. I get panicked but my "friend" tells me not to worry, that she gave her one of her Plan B pills and took it in front of her so there is nothing to worry about. Since i know her way back since middle school, i trust her.
THREE WEEKS later!!! She calls me, she has something to tell me. Her friend is pregnate!!! My heart drops and the first thing that comes to mind is the pill. I literally yelled through the phone "i thought she took the pill!!!" She hears the anger in my voice and changes her tone. She replies"… well i think she did, i just gave it to her." I am enraged and i remind her that she told me she saw her take it. She breaks down crying at the tone of my voice and confeses that her friend refused to take it. I hang up and pretty much cry as my world has been flipped upside down.
I later find out details that she was too heart broken and was trying anything she could to get her ex back. She blamed the pregnacy on him but he did not want nothing to do with it so she comes back to me. I get a DNA test and sure enough, its mine. Considering that i am a man, is this considered some way a rape?
Every single one of these comments make sense… but would you think different if i was a girl?
YES, she KNEW you were drunk and took total advantage of that BECAUSE her INTENTION was to get herself knocked up. Of course she will deny that to her grave, but no lawyer on Earth would touch this case in a million years.
LESSON LEARNED – and this will be a very painful 18 year punishment – DO NOT GET DRUNK and ALWAYS CARRY CONDOMS.
Sorry, I have NO sympathy for any idiot who drinks and gets drunk OR who sleeps with any female unprotected.

If you were too drunk to give consent – you barely even remember what happened, and woke up to her having sex with you – then YES, its rape.

If she was sober and took advantage of you while drunk, then yes, you were raped. And guys do get raped by women. May this be a lesson to you and everyone else: don’t drink too much!

Yes, I would call it rape if you never consented. What a nasty horrible person she is, I wouldn’t want anything to do with her. I pity your situation if she refuses to get an abortion.
